The Cottage

This small, delightful cottage is part of a typical village stone farmhouse which has now been fully restored with a considerable degree of good taste but above all with special attention to detail.
It is situated in a splendid panoramic location among the hills of the Maremma Tuscany region at the feet of the medieval village of Capalbio.
It has to be the perfect choice for those guests who wish to holiday in Tuscany in an authentic atmosphere of complete relax and wish to experience a peaceful lifestyle in a very satisfying and gratifying environment in the midst of uncontaminated nature and tranquillity.

The inside of the cottage

The inside of the cottage is very well furnished with exceptional taste and attention to small detail in true Italian tradition. From the front door you enter into a vast living room with a wooden timber beam ceiling. There is a large open space kitchen with a breakfast bench with 4 stools, a dining area with a large rectangular table which seats from 6 to 8 people with a comfortable living area in front of a lovely open fireplace.

From the living room, you can access the corridor which leads onto the other rooms of the house: two double bedrooms (pink and green rooms), another bedroom with two single beds (blue room), a bathroom and a utility room complete with washing machine and washing area.
The pink room has a bathroom (light blue bathroom) located just outside the bedroom door while the green and blue bedrooms have ensuite facilities (purple and green bathrooms).

In the panoramic garden guests can enjoy the sun in privacy (where also deck chairs and beach umbrellas are provided) or can enjoy the shade of the beautiful veranda furnished for dining in front of a breathtaking landscape where it is very easy to just relax.

Swimming Pool

A swimming pool is available (6m x 12m) with trampoline and steel stairs for easy access. The pool is about 1 metre deep from the middle and goes onto a maximum depth of 2,80 metres.

Sun beds are also available, they are situated at the edge of the pool which is surrounded by olive trees so that guests can enjoy the most beautiful sunset views over the Tuscany hills and its enchanting countryside. There is also an outside shower as well as a comfortable shaded area.
